1. About RedhauntX

RedhauntX (the “Site”) is an adult-oriented video directory. It lets visitors browse video listings, search titles and related metadata, browse categories, view preview thumbnails and view counts, and follow links to external websites. The Site's current public-facing features do not include user registration, paid memberships, subscriptions, or payment processing. The videos linked from listings are hosted or served by third parties rather than by the directory itself.

2. Information the Site Processes

When you visit a Site page, the application records technical and usage information in its visitor activity log. The current project code can record the requested page address, page name, referrer address, IP address, browser user-agent string, visitor identifier, session identifier, and browser, operating-system, and device categories inferred from the user-agent string. These records are stored in the Site's database and may be used to operate, maintain, protect, and troubleshoot the Site.

When you use the contact form, the information you submit—your name, email address, and message—is stored in the Site's database so the Site operator can review and handle your inquiry. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information that is not needed to handle your request.

The Site also uses video information stored in its content database, such as titles, category or model metadata, thumbnail URLs, video URLs, durations, and view counts, to display listings and provide search results. When you click a listing, the application sends a request to increment that listing's view count. If a thumbnail fails to load, the application may send a request to mark that listing inactive.

3. Cookies, Sessions & Local Storage

The current application uses the following browser storage mechanisms:

• Visitor identifier cookie: a randomly generated identifier intended to persist for one year and help associate activity with the same browser.
• Age-confirmation cookie: records that a visitor clicked the “I am 18 or older” button. It is set for one year. This is a self-confirmation, not independent proof of age or identity.
• PHP session: the application starts a server-side session and creates a session identifier to associate requests within a session.
• Local storage: the browser stores grid-layout preferences under the keys gridMobileIndex and gridDesktopIndex so the selected layout can be remembered.

You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may reset the age confirmation, generate a new visitor identifier, or reset layout preferences. Clearing browser storage does not automatically delete activity records already stored on the Site's server.

4. How Information May Be Used

Information processed by the Site may be used to:

• serve pages, search listings, display categories, and maintain site functionality;
• record visitor activity and video-listing views;
• identify technical errors, broken thumbnails, suspicious activity, or misuse;
• review and respond to messages submitted through the contact form; and
• meet applicable legal obligations and handle legitimate legal or safety requests.

5. Third-Party Links, Images & Services

Video listings link to websites or resources that RedhauntX does not control. The Site may also load thumbnail images, decorative images, or icon resources from external servers or content-delivery networks. When your browser requests an external resource or opens a third-party destination, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and request details. The information handled by those providers is subject to their own practices and policies.

After you leave the Site, the external website controls its content, cookies, tracking, advertising, security, and collection or use of information. Review the external website's own privacy policy before using it. RedhauntX cannot control or guarantee the privacy practices of independent third parties.

The public-facing project files supplied for review do not show a dedicated third-party analytics or advertising integration. Hosting providers and other infrastructure providers may still process technical logs, and the practices of a live deployment may differ if additional services are enabled.

6. Disclosure & Service Providers

Information may be accessible to authorized Site operators and to providers that host or maintain the database, server, or other infrastructure used by the Site. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect the rights or safety of people, or to investigate misuse or security incidents. The current project code does not implement a payment service for visitors.

7. Data Retention

The supplied application code does not define an automatic deletion schedule for visitor activity logs or contact-form messages. Those records may remain in the Site's database and backups until the Site operator deletes them, subject to operational needs and applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may also depend on the hosting or infrastructure providers used by the live Site.

8. Security Measures

The Site should be operated with appropriate access controls and technical safeguards to protect its systems and stored information. However, no website, database, or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send confidential information through the contact form unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

9. Your Choices & Rights

You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings and can choose not to follow external links. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by the Site, or to object to certain processing. Requests are subject to applicable law, identity verification where appropriate, and any lawful retention obligations.

To submit a privacy request, use the Contact page. Describe your request and include enough information for the Site operator to locate the relevant record; do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents.

10. Adults Only

RedhauntX is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old, or older if the applicable law in their location sets a higher minimum age. The age-confirmation prompt relies on a visitor's own response and a browser cookie; it does not independently verify age or identity. Do not access or use the Site if you are below the applicable legal age or if accessing this material is unlawful where you live.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Site's features, service providers, data practices, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
