1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RedhauntX (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including laws governing access to adult-oriented material and third-party websites.

2. Adults Only (18+)

The Site is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old, or older if the law in their location requires a higher minimum age. You must not access or use the Site if you are below the applicable legal age or if accessing its material is unlawful where you live.

The Site displays an age-confirmation prompt that asks visitors to confirm they are at least 18. The confirmation is stored in a browser cookie for one year, but it is a self-declaration and does not independently verify age or identity. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site is lawful.

3. What the Site Provides

RedhauntX is a directory for browsing adult-oriented video listings. Current features include video listings and thumbnails, search and search suggestions, category browsing, displayed view counts, and links to external destinations. The Site is not a streaming or hosting service for the third-party videos linked from the listings.

The current public-facing project does not implement visitor accounts, profile registration, paid memberships, subscriptions, payments, or user video uploads. A page or feature that is shown as coming soon is not a guarantee that the feature is available.

4. Listings, Availability & View Counts

Listing titles, descriptions or metadata, thumbnail URLs, video URLs, durations, and other details may originate from third-party sources or the Site's content database. Listings may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, misclassified, or inaccurate. View counts are site-maintained counters and should not be treated as independently verified audience statistics. Listings may be added, changed, hidden, or removed as needed, including when a thumbnail fails to load.

A listing's appearance on RedhauntX does not mean that RedhauntX created, owns, sponsors, verifies, or endorses the linked content, person, publisher, or destination.

5. Third-Party Links & Resources

Selecting a listing can open a third-party website or resource in a new browser tab. Once you leave the Site, the third party controls the destination's content, availability, rules, age checks, privacy practices, cookies, security, and advertising. Your use of an external destination is subject to its own terms and policies.

RedhauntX does not control and cannot guarantee that third-party destinations will remain available, accurate, lawful, secure, or free of harmful software, misleading advertising, or other objectionable material. You choose whether to follow an external link and should exercise caution when doing so.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of applicable law or another person's rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Site, its databases, or its infrastructure;
• interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability, or introduce malicious code;
• use automated scraping or high-volume requests in a way that harms or disrupts the Site, unless authorized; or
• use the contact form to send unlawful material, threats, spam, malicious links, or information you have no right to share.

You must not use the Site to seek, distribute, or promote illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material involving exploitation. If you encounter a potentially unlawful or harmful listing, notify the Site operator through the Contact page. Do not attach or forward illegal imagery in a report.

7. Copyright & Content Notices

Video titles, thumbnails, images, names, logos, and other materials may be owned by their respective copyright, trademark, or other rights holders. Displaying a listing does not transfer ownership or imply any affiliation between a rights holder and RedhauntX.

If you believe that a listing on this Site infringes your rights or should be reviewed for another legitimate legal reason, use the Contact page. Include the listing URL, identify the material, explain the basis of your request, and provide a way to contact you. Send only information needed to assess the notice. The Site operator will review actionable requests and take appropriate steps regarding material within the operator's control and as required by applicable law.

Removing or changing a listing on RedhauntX does not remove the original material from an independent third-party website. You may also need to contact that third party directly.

8. Privacy, Cookies & Storage

The Site records certain technical visitor activity, uses cookies for a visitor identifier and age confirmation, starts a PHP session, stores grid-layout preferences in browser local storage, and stores contact-form submissions in its database. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy. Your browser may let you control or clear cookies and local storage, although this can affect Site functionality.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its listings are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, completeness, availability, legality, safety, or suitability of listings or external destinations. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RedhauntX and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss arising from third-party content, services, websites, or practices, or from temporary Site unavailability. This provision does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

11. Changes to the Site or Terms

Site features, listings, and access may change, be restricted, or be discontinued without notice where permitted by law. These Terms may also be revised to reflect changes to the Site or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
